Kay is a Gender Non Conforming Afro-Latinx Educator and Activist. Kay uses they/them pronouns. Kay has a M.A. in Higher Education from Boston College and B.A. in History and Journalism from Loyola University-New Orleans. They have led a variety of intersectional gender identity workshops throughout their career as the former Director, Women’s Center, Tufts University, Associate Director, Diversity & First-Generation Office, Stanford University and most recently in partnership with the Diversity and Inclusion Office at the T.H. Chan school of Public Health at Harvard University. Kay was featured on Generocity.org’s 2018 Leader List for their work to strengthen Philadelphia’s LGBTQ social impact sector.
